Spetzgart Castle, Kolejin daha eski bir kampüsüdür ve tepede bulunan eski bir kalenin Konstanz Gölü manzaralı, Überlingen’in küçük tarihi kentinin üstündeki ana binadadır. Haerlen, Salem’in 2000 yılında tamamlanan yeni kampüsüdür. Salem International College, birbirine yürüyerek 15 dakika mesafede bulunan iki bölümden oluşmaktadır.

Üst sınıf öğrencilerinin yaklaşık üçte biri; Intenational Baccalaureate IB - Uluslararası Lise Diploması alacakları programa devam etmektedir. Öğrencilerin üçte ikilik bir kısmı da Alman lise diploması, Abitur imtihanına hazırlamaktadır. Okul eğitimde Almanca’yı ve İngilizce’yi eşit oranda kullanılmaktadır.
